The 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup final is upon us, with hosts Brazil set to face Spain for the title on Sunday in Rio de Janeiro.
For Brazil, the final will offer the opportunity for a fourth Confederations Cup title, which could serve as a springboard to further success at next summer's World Cup, also to be held in Brazil.
Spain have never won the Confederations Cup (this is their second appearance in the tournament), but they have won everything else lately. World Cup winners in 2010 and European champions in 2008 and 2012, Spain are currently unrivaled as the best international side in the world.
With such historic success of late, they also rank as one of the best international teams of all time. Will they add another title to their haul this Sunday, or will Brazil claim another Confederations crown?
Keep reading as we break down the match below.

How They Got Here
As hosts, Brazil were drawn into Group A with Japan, Mexico and Italy. Brazil won all three group matches to win Group A with nine points.
Brazil beat Japan, 3-0, in the opener, followed by a 2-0 victory over Mexico. They closed out the group stage with a 4-2 win over group runners-up Italy.
On Wednesday, Brazil defeated Uruguay, 2-1, in the semifinals, with Paulinho heading in the late winner.
Neymar and Fred have scored three goals apiece to lead Brazil, while Jo and Paulinho have scored twice each.
Spain won Group B with a 100-percent record against Uruguay (2-1), Tahiti (10-0) and Nigeria (3-0).
Spain then outlasted Italy in the semifinals, winning a penalty shootout, 7-6, after the match had finished scoreless following 90 minutes of regular time and 30 more of extra time. Jesus Navas converted the decisive penalty.
Fernando Torres scored four goals in the rout of Tahiti and has recorded five in the tournament so far. David Villa scored a hat trick in the match. David Silva and Jordi Alba have scored two goals each at the tournament.

Talking Tactics—Spain
Spain's strategy is no secret. Manager Vicente Del Bosque's team relies on a patient passing game to break down opponents. Spain regularly dominate possession in their 4-3-3 formation and win the ball back quickly upon losing it.
At Euro 2012, Del Bosque experimented with a lineup that featured no true strikers. At this tournament, however, he has regularly used a striker. Roberto Soldado started the opener against Uruguay and the group finale against Nigeria, while Torres started against Tahiti and Italy.
As B/R's Jerrad Peters writes here, Del Bosque benched his natural strikers for the Euro 2012 final last summer in favor of a "false nine"—Cesc Fabregas on that day. Peters writes:
Brazil’s defense has been reasonably solid at this competition, but the best bet an opponent has for breaking them down would be to draw them out off their line, away from their comfort zone.
Fabregas, in the false 9 role, can accomplish exactly that.
Another tactical development to watch out for involves Spain's midfield. As B/R's Sam Tighe points out here, an injury ruled midfielder Xabi Alonso out of the tournament, meaning Del Bosque had to shuffle his formation.
Without Alonso, though, Tighe writes that Spain were more fluent against Uruguay in the tournament opener. Italy managed to disrupt Spain's rhythm in the semifinals, however, and Brazil could take a cue from the Azzurri's strategy.

Talking Tactics—Brazil
Brazil manager Luiz Felipe Scolari has opted for a 4-2-3-1 formation throughout the tournament, with Fred at the top of the formation and budding superstar Neymar on the left side of the attacking midfield.
In the semifinals, as Tighe wrote in his tactical analysis, Uruguay stunted Brazil's attack with high pressing, forcing mistakes and negative passes. But Uruguay's admirable defending was undone in the first half by a long ball and a bit of skill from Neymar, who set up Fred for the opener. In the second half, Neymar's corner led to Paulinho's headed winner.
Problems remain, though, according to Tighe:
Brazil are still disjointed and easily spooked. Central midfield remains an issue, although they did look slightly better when Paulinho was pushed into the No. 10 role late on.
They don't have a central midfielder capable of dictating the game on the ball, and that could well prove to be their downfall in the final.
At Zonal Marking, Michael Cox praised Scolari's substitutions in the Uruguay game, especially the introduction of Bernard for Hulk early in the second half. In addition, bringing in Hernanes for Oscar "helped maintain Brazil's dominance," which eventually led to more corners and the winning goal.
Cox wrote:
This wasn’t a great performance from Brazil, but it was another box ticked. For the first time in this tournament they were struggling and Scolari needed to alter things, and a formation switch and the introduction of two prominent attacking players showed he’s capable of tactical changes midway through games. After a very poor start, Brazil were eventually the better side.
Against Del Bosque and Spain's patient passing game in the final, Brazil likely will need another strong tactical performance from Scolari.

Prediction
Spain faced a tough test in the semifinal against Italy—and passed narrowly. Perhaps that shouldn't have been surprising. Even considering Spain's 4-0 victory over Italy in last summer's Euro 2012 final, the Azzurri had the advantage of intimate knowledge of Spain's tactics and strategy, having played the world champions so often in the recent past.
Brazil won't have that advantage. What's more, this is a team still building, or to use Cox's expression, ticking off boxes. The ultimate goal, of course, is winning the World Cup next summer, but the fans and players alike will be passionate about taking the Confederations Cup title on home soil as well.
An upset is possible, of course. Italy proved Thursday that Spain are not quite the invincible side we like to think they are. But Spain do have plenty of experience in major tournament finals, and Brazil are still dealing with issues in the squad, particularly central midfield.
Home-field advantage will play its role, but in the end, Spain should have enough talent and experience to win.

Dangote Now Richer Than Russia’s Richest Man

The President, Chief Executive of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, has become the first African entrepreneur to lay claim to a $20 billion fortune, thus becoming one of the 25 richest men in the world.

Dangote Cement becomes the first Nigerian company to achieve a market capitalisation of over $20 billion. Dangote’s 93 percent stake in the cement company is now worth $19.5 billion, according to Forbes magazine.
Added to this are his controlling stakes in other publicly-listed companies like Dangote Sugar and National Salt Company of Nigeria, and his significant shareholdings in other blue-chip companies like Zenith Bank Plc, UBA Group and Dangote Flour; his extensive real estate portfolio, jets, yachts and current cash position, which includes more than $300 million in recently-awarded Dangote Cement.
Forbes reported that the Nigerian billionaire was now richer than Russia’s richest man, Alisher Usmanov; India’s Lakshmi Mittal; and running neck and neck with India’s Mukesh Ambani.
According to the magazine, he is catching up to such Americans as Google’s billionaire founders, Larry Page and Sergey Brin.
It will be recalled that Dangote Cement had recorded an unprecedented surge in its share price largely due to market response to the company’s impressive results in the first quarter of this year.
Forbes in its report reasoned that other companies might eventually achieve this, but it was going to take a bit of time.
Dangote Cement currently accounts for more than a quarter of the total market capitalisation of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). The second largest company on the NSE is currently Nigerian Breweries Plc, West Africa’s largest manufacturer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which has a market capitalisation of $8.5 billion.
Dangote made a debut on the Forbes billionaires list in 2008 with a fortune pegged at $3.3 billion. His fortune dropped to $2.5 billion in 2009 and plunged further to $2.1 billion in 2010.
His fortune surged 557 percent in 2011 to $13.8 billion after he took Dangote Cement public. Dangote dropped to $11.2 billion in last year’s rankings, but rebounded at $16.1 billion this year. Since March, his fortune has jumped another 30 percent.
Dangote started building his fortune over three decades ago after taking a loan from Sanusi Dantata and started trading in commodities like flour, sugar and cement.

Microsoft Xbox One vs Google TV: Who Owns The Living Room?

For the last several decades your living room has largely been controlled by one powerful force: your cable (or satellite) company. This is slowly changing as companies like Apple, Roku and Google work to steal some of the spotlight.
It's true that Google TV has had mixed success so far, but there is a ton of untapped potential for theGoogle TV platform. Will Google ever reach it? That's hard to say, but the pressure is certainly on now more than ever, especially with Microsoft's announcement yesterday of the Xbox One.
The Xbox One might be a game console, but Microsoft is clearly pushing multimedia and TV integration with its next-gen console in its own major play for the living room. As you'd expect, this draws quick comparison between the Xbox One and devices like Google TV.

The Xbox One takes a familiar idea and expands on it

Like Google TV devices, the Xbox One doesn't actually replace a cable box. Instead, you hook your Xbox One up through HDMI and the signal is sent from the cable box over to Microsoft's console.
So how does Xbox One handle TV differently? The biggest difference is that in right conditions you can control your TV content by using extremely polished voice commands. Instead of grabbing the remote, you simply say “Watch MTV” and it will switch to MTV, there are also hand gestures using Kinect's camera. As an added bonus, the Xbox One is extremely fast at switching between Live TV and other Xbox One content.
Xbox One also has sleek multi-tasking abilities, making it easy to snap an app on one side of the screen and watch TV on the other 2/3 of the display. This is particularly useful if you are watching a show and want to look up something about it on the net.
That said, Xbox One's great TV communication setup is a bit of an illusion. Why's that? Because it only works perfectly like this under the right conditions. Not all cable providers will partner with Microsoft to make everything work, and not all cable boxes allow channel changing through HDMI. That means that for many users, you will still need to grab the cable box remote to change channels and get things done.

Woolwich attack: horror on John Wilson Street

Witnesses in shock as two men hack soldier to death in full public view, then ask for passersby to take photographs of them

A meat cleaver is clasped in his blood-smeared left hand; the other – also stained red with human blood – waves manically as he shouts at the camera, ranting his justification for the atrocity on the streets of south-east London.
At about the same time, in the nearby Musgrave primary school, the headteacher David Dixon ordered a lockdown after seeing the body of a man – believed to be a young soldier – lying on John Wilson street.
If there was any doubt why this young man, who witnesses said was aged in his early 20s and wearing a Help for Heroes T-shirt, had lost his life in such a brutal fashion, that was soon quashed. Shouting the justification of al-Qaida-inspired jihadists across the world, the tall black man, dressed in the dark clothing and beanie hat of urban south London, spat his words to an eyewitness filming on his mobile phone.
"We swear by almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you. The only reasons we have done this is because Muslims are dying every day. This British soldier is an eye for an eye, a tooth for tooth.
Woolwich murder suspect'They were crazed, they were animals,' said one eyewitness. Photograph: ITV News
"We must fight them. I apologise that women had to witness this today, but in our land our women have to see the same. You people will never be safe. Remove your government. They don't care about you."
In a few minutes on a cloudy May afternoon, terror had struck again in the UK in a style that counter-terrorist officials have long feared; brutally, out of nowhere and with chilling and horrific effect.
The lives of ordinary members of public going about their daily businesswere changed for ever as they walked, drove or sat on buses straight into a scene of horror the like of which has never been witnessed on the streets of the capital.
One eyewitness named as James Heneghan saw the whole thing unfold as he drove his girlfriend to work. His voice choking, he had to break off repeatedly as he described on LBC what happened.
"We were coming round the corner into John Wilson Street. Slightly to the left, about 5ft away, there was a Vauxhall, crashed into a sign post. To the left of the car there was two guys with the victim on the floor.
"We thought they were helping him. But next thing, my partner let out an almighty scream. We then saw clearly the two guys with the meat cleaver and knives. They weren't little knives – they were both butcher's-type knives.
"They were hacking this poor guy, literally. We saw it all. They were hacking him – we thought they were trying to remove his organs. They were digging him, cutting him. We jumped out of the car and shouted.
"One of the black guys got in a car, got out a black bag and pulled a handgun out and shouted: 'Get in the car.' He was waving this gun around."
As Heneghan moved his car up the road and called the police, other people gathered on the main street, some shouting for the killers to stop.
Women – a handful of incredibly brave women – were seen standing over the body of the now dead young man, shielding him, covering him, making attempts – sadly far too late – to protect him.
"While I was on the phone to the police they were still hacking away at him," said Heneghan. "They were crazed, they were animals. They dragged the body into the middle of the street and left him there."
For what witnesses said was between 15 and 20 minutes – the timing has not been confirmed by the police – the men waited for the armed response teams they knew were coming. Unarmed officers were behind barriers, waiting too.
Joe Tallant, 20, a local man who said he witnessed the attack, said that a friend's mother comforted the victim, who may have already been dead at that stage. He reported one of the attackers as saying: "No man is coming near this body."
There was little doubt that the attackers wanted witnesses for their macabre act. "They were asking people to take pictures of them. It was like they wanted to be famous or something, but in a stupid way.
"In the time that it took for the police to come, they could have got away, but they just waited. When the cops came, the attackers just walked towards them. They plodded. A lady jumped out and shot them."
Julia Wilders, 51 said that she saw that a car had crashed into a lamppost when she went to investigate.
"My husband said there were two people trying to resuscitate someone. We parked and walked back to have a look and all of a sudden a tall black bloke came up with a gun. My husband said, 'Get back, get back' and we called the police."
She said that one man was dressed all in black with a black cap while the other was dressed in a green jumper. "They looked like they were on drugs," she added.
Her husband, Graham, 50, called the police to alert them to what they believed was an accident.
"After we called the police, I went over to the school to let the school know so the kids wouldn't come out," she said.
As onlookers gathered, one of the men – who were reportedly dancing over the body – rushed up to passengers on a bus.
"He was asking people to take his photograph on the bus," said Heneghan. "He was getting people to take his picture. He was proud of what he had done. Then he was walking up and down with the gun. They were both waiting for something. They were waiting for the armed police to arrive."
As the firearms unit drove in, Heneghan and other eyewitnesses said the men charged them. There were unconfirmed reports that one of the attackers opened fire with his handgun, and then four to six shots rang out from armed police, and the men were felled by a female police marksman.
Graham Wilders said: "All I heard was four shots when the Trojan people turned up. These men actually went for the police with the machetes, knife and handgun.
"I don't think they cared. I don't think they really cared because they went for the police with a handgun."
Dixon, the headteacher at Musgrave, heard the shots ring out as he ran back to his school, and ordered the lockdown. Inside children were playing in the playground. Many had just returned from lunch and were in their last classes before leaving.
"There were lots of police and emergency vehicles and I saw the body lying in the road. We locked the gates, we locked everything down to make sure the children were safe inside. The police helicopter landed in the playground and we helped to direct them where to go.
"The children were asking questions. There was a helicopter flying around – they wanted to know what was going on. But everything was calm. We were able to let the children go home; we kept them safe."
On John Wilson Street, the blood pooled around the body of the victim as paramedics attended him. "I asked the police what they were doing and the police said they had to try, but it was too late," said Heneghan.
Inside the nearby Royal Artillery Barracks, Woolwich officers were checking which personnel were present as reports that the victim of the attack was a soldier spread across social media forums, with videos and photographs of the victim lying prone on the street posted on Twitter and Facebook.
One eyewitness posting on Twitter wrote: "Oh my God!!! The way the Feds took them out!!! It was a female police officer she come out the whip and just started bussin shots … right next to a primary school."
As the government, the security services and the police switched into full counter-terror emergency mode, the people of Woolwich stood around, stunned, some weeping, others shaking their heads. They had witnessed carnage and could not take it in. "My girlfriend is hysterical," said Heneghan, "just hysterical. I'm really worried about her."
Commander Simon Letchford of the Metropolitan police appealed for calm.
"I can understand that this incident will cause community concerns, and I would like to reiterate that we are investigating what has taken place today. There will continue to be an increased police presence in this area, and the surrounding areas this evening. That presence will continue as long as is needed."

EC-Council's Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Version 8

The world's first completely hands-on ethical hacking program with a fully integrated state-of the-art cyber-attack range will be available in 450 locations in 97 countries around the world on the 20th of May.

EC-Council's Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) course has long been the standard-setting certification in the information security industry, and its new incarnation, CEHV8, is now an ANSI 17024 accredited professional certification. The CEH training program has been widely used by the Pentagon to train its computer network defense service professionals as part of the Department of Defense Directive 8570 and has also been widely used by major defense communities around the world.

Part of the challenge for the world's organizations as they fight cyber security threats are the ever-advancing capabilities of the enemy. For example, According to McAfee's Q4 2012 report, the number of mobile malware samples discovered by McAfee Labs in 2012 was 44 times the number found in 2011, meaning that 95 percent of all mobile malware samples appeared in the last year alone. This dramatic shift to mobile hacking makes some long-standing methods of security information somewhat obsolete. CEH v8 has been designed with this and other changes in mind, covering the latest development in mobile and web technologies including Andriod OS 4.1 and Apps, iOS 6 and Apps, BlackBerry 7 OS, Windows Phone 8 and HTML 5.

CEHV8 comes with some remarkable updates, not just to the content, but to the content delivery systems and tools, making it an invaluable tool for organizations ranging from Fortune 500companies to the world's governments; preparing the next generation of cyber warriors to protect their networks like never before. Students can expect a strong focus on advanced hacking concepts, mobile platforms, tablet computer hacking techniques, and real time case studies. 100% of the concepts presented in the CEH V8 course are reinforced by hands-on exercises in EC-Councils newest cyber range. Students utilizing EC-Councils subscription-based range service will be able to practice these critical skills at any time, from anywhere in the world with an active Internet connection, further developing their skills as professionals. "Cyber professionals need to be equipped with the tools and the hands-on experience necessary to actively defend their networks. In the kinetic world, sharp shooters call it "rounds down range" - the simple fact being that what you learn in a classroom must be reinforced in an actual cyber range with real machines.

The New World Order - Currency Note

There was a discussion in my Church last Sunday, during the Bible Study Class. Someone asked a question, which i presumed it worth sharing here; but before i share the question, let us begin by sharing opinions about  the 'New World Order'. At a point during my research moments, i became so confused, that i could not phantom what exactly to believe anymore. The picture presented to us, however, concerning the New World Order could be narrowed down to 'Global Centralization Concept'. A situation, whereby every creature in the globe plays peculiar or sometimes most significant roles in unifying the cardinals of the world through communication empowerment. Whew! There is indeed lot of misconceptions, but truthfully, this whole idea is really questioning.

Certainly, it is no more news that there is an introduction of a global currency, which is intended to be a universal tender and means of transaction among nations and continents....Whew! This is serious. There had been submissions from various reputable icons in the global politics, some certifying the idea, others negating it. One thing is obvious, the dept into which science had been explored has made us forget God. I only want to ask, what exactly is your take...... End Time, or its commencement? Uhmm...

Below, is a picture of the Global Currency......

The reason for this should not mount your mind right now, i need to call your attention to the biblical warning prior to its introduction. Just mind what you welcome into your sanity.

Mary, an mom of three, is the perfect example of a smart consumer that bypassed the health risks and thousands of dollars of using Botox to erase her wrinkles. This simply mean she reversed the clock on life.
Like most Americans, Mary makes an average salary and doesn't have the extra cash to try every celebrity endorsed Anti-Aging miracle cream out there, let alone splurge on expensive medical procedures. At one time she considered taking out loans for injecting Botox and even contemplated getting a facelift, but became frightened after researching Botox and face lift malpractice stories. Mary was determined to find a safe and affordable solution that would yield real results and not leave her in debt.
After watching a television documentary on cell revival, Mary discovered two beauty products from trusted skin care companies BellaGenix & Veloura to unlock the secrets of anti-aging. Her results are comparable to what you might attain at Medi Spas and Doctors offices for $3000 (N471,000) or more, all the while using nothing but BellaGenix & Veloura.
After finding Mary's shocking success story on the Internet, i deemed it fit and important to share her story with anyone intending to erase those wrinkles and "reverse the clock" on life. This solution has not only helped Mary remove her wrinkles, but also tightened her neck and face instantly. It changed her life and i know it might change yours too.

The Solution:

Mary discovered that the secret to cell revival is Polymoist-PS, an advanced formula that affects your skin at the cellular level. Polymoist-PS allows to lift off layers of dead or dying skin. After removing the top layer of skin, the soft, young skin from underneath is brought to the surface and hydrated. After some researches concerning good anti-aging/skin care products, she discovered celebrities had been using Polymoist-PS creams for years, to enhance their beauty, to stay and look young. A prominent celebrity skin care doctor also revealed that using BellaGenix & Veloura with Polymoist-PS was the celebrity secret to success as it contains powerful antioxidants, vitamins, and moisturizing agents.
"Based on my research, I knew BellaGenix & Veloura would deliver incredible results and the fact that I got them both at discounted prices was the icing on top. I never would have thought that something which is being offered for such a low price could ever yield a better result than the more expensive anti-aging solutions." - Mary
